- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and business reviews
- Conduct regular client check-ins and follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement
- Lead contract renewals and negotiations to maximize profitability and client value
- Monitor account performance metrics, KPIs, and sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track market and competitor trends to provide insights and recommendations for account growth
- Handle escalations and resolve client concerns in coordination with relevant teams
- Support management in developing sales strategies and revenue targets
- Mentor or assist junior account executives in client handling and process compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in B2B Sales or Account Management
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking and client relationship management
- Strong forecasting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Certification in sales or account management (e.g., CPSL, HubSpot Inbound Sales)
- Experience handling enterprise or multinational clients
- Background in SaaS, real estate, or business solutions industries
- Familiarity with data-driven sales strategies and analytics tools
- Leadership experience in managing junior account executives
