After-Sales Assistant Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the after-sales process by helping to resolve post-sale issues and ensuring clear communication between internal departments and the After-Sales Team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in managing and addressing customer inquiries, requirements, and shipment discrepancies before dispatch.
· Monitor customer requirements, and discrepancies, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of after-sales activities using DMS and Monday.com.
· Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve shipment-related issues.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Aftersales Support:
· Monitor and maintain the CMR (Customer Material Request) Requirements and Discrepancy Board on Monday.com.
· Ensure all CMR requirements are accurately updated and submitted within deadlines.
· Prepare and submit actual discrepancy reports to the AST CMR Coordinator.
· Coordinate with ST (Sales Team), AT (Accounts Team), LT (Logistics Team), and WH (Warehouse) to address and resolve actual shipment discrepancies.
· Assist other AST staff in compiling customer requirements and discrepancy reports.
