The Community Management Intern will support day-to-day engagement across all KMC
careers, social media and employer branding platforms ensuring timely responses, consistent
brand voice, and a positive community experience.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews across platforms
(LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Glassdoor)
• Use templated responses and follow established communication guidelines
• Escalate sensitive or complex concerns to the appropriate team members
• Support content publishing and scheduling as needed
• Track recurring questions and audience feedback
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or
related field
• Strong written communication skills (English)
• Familiar with social media platforms
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and organized
• Experience handling social media pages (school orgs, side projects)
• Basic understanding of social media metrics
