The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment cycle across a varied and critical range of business functions. This includes managing specialized technical, healthcare, and pharmacy roles, as well as high-volume customer service and corporate marketing positions. This role requires a versatile leader with proven expertise in technical sourcing and the ability to drive strategic hiring across different departmental needs.

1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Full-Cycle Ownership: Oversee and manage all phases of the recruitment
process—from initial requisition approval and strategic sourcing through offer negotiation, background checks, and seamless onboarding hand-off. - Process Efficiency: Implement and maintain best practices to ensure an efficient, timely, and compliant recruiting workflow for all positions, focusing on reducing time-to-hire and enhancing candidate experience.
2. Specialized & Technical Recruitment
- IT Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruiting strategy for complex IT and Technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analysts).
- Technical Screening: Utilize technical recruitment experience to conduct effective initial screenings, assessing candidates' fundamental understanding of programming, systems architecture, and relevant technologies.
- Advanced Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for niche technical openings.
3. Healthcare & Professional Roles
- Industry Focus: Manage recruitment for regulated and specialized positions within Healthcare and Pharmacy operations (e.g., Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, PBM Specialists, Clinical Analysts).
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring for regulated roles adheres to industry standards and licensing verification requirements.
4. High-Volume & Corporate Hiring
- High-Volume Coordination: Lead the strategy and execution for large-scale, high-volume hiring initiatives, particularly for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), focusing on efficiency, assessment tools, and quick ramp-up.
- Marketing and Corporate: Manage recruitment for specialized Marketing roles (e.g., digital, content, strategy) and other key corporate positions.
5. Strategic Partnership
- Consultative Support: Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leadership across IT, Operations, and Corporate teams, advising on market trends, compensation, interview best practices, and talent supply/demand.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with demonstrated success managing a diverse recruitment portfolio.
- Proven End-to-End Recruitment Experience required.
- Specific technical recruitment experience (3+ years) hiring for complex IT/Engineering roles.
- Familiarity with the Healthcare and Pharmacy industries, including key terminology and common roles (PBM experience is a strong plus).
- Demonstrated ability to manage both specialized (low-volume, high-skill) and high-volume (CSR) hiring simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant technical/medical field
