The Provisioning Analyst provides customer support as part of the Revenue Operations team, including the day-to-day management of customer order provisioning. Ideal candidates are analytical, process oriented, energetic, enjoy working in a high growth, data and operationally driven environment.

  • Day-to-day administration of license provisioning and de-provisioning, ensuring strict alignment with contract terms, end-user license agreements (EULAs), and security mandates. 
  • Ensure complete and timely processing of provisioning cases, with meticulous documentation of the license chain of custody for audit purposes. 
  • Provide rapid, first-line support for sales, authorized partners, and customer agencies on complex provisioning and authorization issues. 
  • Partner with Order Management and the Legal/Compliance teams to resolve customer contract issues. 
  • Run regular and targeted audit reports to ensure accuracy of provisioning records against sales orders and licensing agreements. 
  • Act as a compliance conscience, proactively identifying, resolving, and flagging provisioning exceptions that could jeopardize reporting, security posture, or usage compliance. 
  • Ensure strict compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures, with a specific focus on security, data handling, and licensing regulations. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate job experience. 
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably with contracting, Public Sector technology, or regulated industry space. 
  • Customer service oriented, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and licensing information to agency stakeholders. 
  • Solid understanding of provisioning and software licensing models, including upstream/downstream activity. 
  • Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and adhere to priorities with minimal direct supervision. 
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with an obsession for maintaining audit-ready records in a highly regulated environment. 
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and meet high-stakes deadlines. 
  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
