Sesimi is a leading software company specializing in Brand Compliance. We provide innovative solutions, including a Coop marketing tool and a Digital Asset Management system with templating capabilities, to help businesses maintain consistent brand messaging and compliance across their marketing campaigns. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Brand Compliance Agent to join our growing team in Manila.
- This position offers the unique opportunity to work with some of the world's most iconic brands and provides a platform to enhance skills in high-standard content delivery and compliance practices.
- The role is based in the vibrant KMC Pasig office, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Review and evaluate advertisements for brand consistency and compliance with established guidelines, ensuring all elements adhere to the company's standards.
- Verify and process invoices for advertising campaigns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary requirements.
- Collaborate with the Canadian team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to brand compliance, providing timely and effective communication.
- Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report on media advertising data.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand compliance, making
- recommendations for process improvements and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Highly skilled in delivering outstanding customer service through chat, email, and phone
- interactions.
- Proven ability to answer diverse customer inquiries, including product usage, claims
- submission, eligibility guidelines, and brand advocacy.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling escalated issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve customer
- concerns effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure high proficiency in English, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate
- complex ideas both verbally and in writing, while also understanding and interpreting a variety of written and spoken inputs.
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with the Australian team and other stakeholders.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and ensuring brand compliance across various marketing materials.
- Must be able to work a night shift schedule, in order to seamlessly collaborate with the Australian team.
- Ideally, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
