Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our 20+ year old Salesforce organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our Salesforce environment while ensuring smooth operations across multiple teams and departments.
- 13th Month Pay - Upon Hire
With a minimum rendered work of at least one (1) month during the calendar year, you shall be entitled to 13th Month Pay equivalent to 1/12 of your monthly gross salary multiplied by the number of months worked or earned within a given calendar year to be released on or before Dec 24 of every calendar year subject to the computation as provided by the Labor Code and other pertinent issuances of the Department of Labor and Employment. - Sick Leave - Upon Regularization
Upon regularization, the employee shall be eligible to receive up to a maximum of ten (10) sick leave credits within the current calendar year and with a proration of 0.83 multiplied to the remaining months of the current calendar year. At the beginning of the succeeding calendar year after regularization, the employee shall receive a maximum of ten (10) leave credits upfront. Any unused earned sick leave credits shall automatically be forfeited at the end of the calendar year. - Vacation Leave - Upon Regularization
Upon regularization, the employee shall be eligible to receive up to a maximum of ten (10) vacation leave credits within the current calendar year and with a proration of 0.83 multiplied to the remaining months of the current calendar year. At the beginning of the succeeding calendar year after regularization, the employee shall receive a maximum of ten (10) leave credits upfront. Any unused earned available leave credits shall automatically be forfeited prior to the start of the succeeding calendar year. - HMO Principal - Upon Regularization
The employee shall be entitled to a maximum benefit limit (MBL) of Php 150,000 for HMO coverage per illness per year upon regularization. The principal or employee may opt to upgrade the HMO benefit limit, with 50% of the premium cost to be covered by the employee. The HMO coverage shall be subject to the guidelines and standards of the HMO provider. - Premium Benefits (eligibility as applicable) - Upon Hire

- Manage and maintain a complex Salesforce environment, including user administration, security settings, and system configurations.
- Lead the ongoing migration from Classic to Lightning UI, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and implement automation solutions using Flow Builder and other Salesforce tools.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Manage data integrity, backup processes, and system integrations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
- Oversee email management and deliverability.
- Handle AppExchange package installations, updates, and license management.
Work Schedule:
- Must be willing to work in rotating shifts to ensure continuous system support and maintenance
- Flexibility to accommodate system updates and maintenance during off-peak hours
Candidate Location: Philippines, preferably in Metro Manila.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce administration, including both Classic and Lightning interfaces.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools (Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Experience with data management tools like Data Loader and Schema Builder.
- Knowledge of DocuSign Gen & eSign Salesforce Packages.
- Experience with Email-to-Case functionality.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning App Builder and page layouts.
- Ability to manage and monitor Apex job queues.
- Salesforce Certifications is a plus.
- Qualified candidates should have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
