We are looking to employ a driven Intern to assist our Sourcing Team on leads generation & lead processing tasks. To be successful in the role, you should always think outside the box, work closely with the team and be curious to learn and develop strategies to make things better.

- Leads Processing: Manage paper screening and initial applicant screening to pre-qualify candidates for open roles.

Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates to support both ongoing and future hiring needs.

Candidate Re-profiling: Re-assess and re-align candidates’ profiles to match current and emerging hiring requirements.
Supporting Responsibilities:

Assist the Sourcing Team with lead generation across sourcing channels (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).

Curate and develop effective job descriptions for manpower requests.

Post job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.

Support TA engagement activities planning and implementation.

Monitor and ensure all external communications follow company branding guidelines.

Provide support for social media management (responding to messages and comments) and other digital marketing initiatives.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Open to all 4th-year students
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field of study.
- Comfortable using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- With a strong social media / Marketing Management Presence
- Creative with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must have a stable wifi connection & personal desktop/PC.
