The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on high-volume and fast-paced hiring. The role will be responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment events, candidate engagement, offer coordination, and maintaining an active recruitment pipeline.
The role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring teams to ensure recruitment targets, timelines, and candidate requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
I. Recruitment & Sourcing
- Execute end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding endorsement.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, job fairs, campus recruitment, PESO partnerships, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial screening and interview candidates based on role requirements and company standards.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and projected hiring requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with candidates to improve interview attendance, offer acceptance, and onboarding conversion.
- Assist in identifying new sourcing channels and opportunities to increase candidate volume.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction activities.
- Responsible for managing recruitment portals and sourcing platforms, maximizing available recruitment channels, and exploring creative and out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to continuously build and strengthen the talent pipeline
II. High-Volume Recruitment
- Support aggressive and recurring hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Work toward daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Monitor personal recruitment funnel and ensure sufficient candidates are moving through each stage.
- Identify candidate drop-offs and escalate recruitment bottlenecks to the TA Manager.
- Participate in mass hiring activities, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
- Support recruitment activities across different locations and BPO partner sites when required.
III. Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate schedules, assessments, interview confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Consolidate interview feedback and ensure timely updates to candidates.
- Coordinate Job Offer preparation and candidate follow-ups.
- Assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding endorsements.
- Ensure candidates receive timely and accurate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate closely with Operations to schedule candidate try-outs, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring alignment with operational availability, candidate volume, and hiring timelines.
IV. Recruitment Partnerships
- Support recruitment partnerships with universities, colleges, PESOs, government agencies, recruitment agencies, and other external organizations.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment activities, and other talent acquisition events.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with external sourcing partners.
- Support the TA Manager in developing new sourcing channels and talent pools.
V. Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, applicant records, and recruitment databases.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as:
- Candidates sourced
- Candidates screened
- Interview attendance
- Pass rate
- Job Offers
- Offer acceptance
- Onboarding conversion
- Source effectiveness
- Provide recruitment updates and flag potential gaps against hiring targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably with
experience in high-volume hiring. - Strong experience in fast-paced and high-volume recruitment environments, preferably in BPO, technology, operations, startup, or similar industries.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and deliver against daily, weekly, and
monthly hiring targets. - Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruitment
channels, and recruitment funnel management. - Experience participating in job fairs, mass hiring activities, campus recruitment,
PESO programs, and other sourcing initiatives is highly preferred. - Strong candidate engagement and follow-up skills, with the ability to drive candidates through the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to monitor recruitment metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates, interviews, and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ability to work effectively in a rapidly
changing and high-growth environment. - Willingness to be hands-on in sourcing, screening, interviews, job fairs, and other recruitment activities.
- Proficiency in ATS/recruitment systems, such as Manatal or similar platforms, is preferred.
