The Client Services Specialist will act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided. This role involves managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and coordinating with various departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Meeting Support

  • Scheduling calls/meetings across time zones
  • Preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Updating action trackers after meetings
  • Coordinating with internal teams to prepare reports or decks

Project & Task Coordination

  • Tracking project timelines and deliverables
  • Following up with internal teams (support, ops, marketing) on client requests

Communication Support

  • Support in formatting proposals, decks, or contracts 

Inventory Management (for review, for Client owned assets only)

  • Monitoring stock levels (esp. in batch hiring)
  • Coordinating with procurement on orders
  • Preparing inventory reports for client accounts using OSP (need to review based on actual numbers)
  • Tracking shipments, deliveries, and returns (together with HR)
  • Flagging low stock or delayed items to account managers

General Admin

  • Coordinating travel and logistics (for client visits)
  • Monitoring shared inboxes for account-related inquiries
  • 2+ years of Account Management experience
  • Exceptional Level of Commitment towards Customer Experience
  • Preferably exposed in the BPO Industry (willing to render night shift, if needed)
  • With experience with account management 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
  • Project Management Skills
  • Must be willing to work in our BGC site
