We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with strong Human Resources experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day administrative tasks and HR functions. This role combines executive-level administrative support with responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Executive Support

    • Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

    Human Resources Support

    • Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
    • Support onboarding of new hires: prepare documentation, coordinate orientation sessions, and ensure smooth integration.
    • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
    • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

    Administrative & Coordination Tasks

    • Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
    • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors when needed.
    • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related field.
    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with HR responsibilities.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software/tools.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
