  • Oversee daily operations of the outsourced SCRM program, ensuring timely handling of supplier assessment requests.
  • Manage and mentor the SCRM Analyst team, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to defined SLAs.
  • Review and validate supplier assessments, ensuring completeness, consistency, and compliance with PsiQuantum’s risk criteria.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Generate and deliver management reports and performance metrics to the Head of GRC.
  • Coordinate with the Head of GRC to implement process improvements and address escalations. • Ensure appropriate use of VISO Trust and related tools and manage access control and data security standards. 
  • Support audit and compliance inquiries related to supplier due diligence and risk assessment documentation. 
  • Strong understanding of Third-party risk management (TPRM) processes.
  • Familiarity with VISO Trust or similar platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Whistic, SecurityScorecard, BitSight).
  • Working knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and related compliance standards.
  • Experience using risk management systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of supplier lifecycle management and procurement workflows.
  • Experience with program management or team leadership in risk/compliance or shared services.
  • Ability to design and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards.
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
