As a Data and Research Assistant, your primary role will be to provide administrative support to the Group Data & Research Analyst in addition to being involved in directly supporting the Local and Group Client Relation Services (CRS) Teams across Australia and New Zealand.
  
In detail, the Data and Research Assistant role involves adding, maintaining and organising data within the Cachet Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool, ensuring accuracy in data entry, with specific focus on assisting in the administration of leads. The role is expected to support the maintenance of our CRM system and processes, including regular QA data checks.

Working closely with the Group Data & Research Analyst, you will also contribute to the growth of the business by supporting the targeting of new sectors and markets and assisting in the overall administration of the CRS process. More specifically, you will be contributing to finding, developing and administering leads within the lead generation and research processes.

Beyond the work required in relation to our CRM system and processes, you will assist the Group Data & Research Analyst with external data resource mining, including but not limited to lease expiry data, asset directories, company growth data, and other research platforms available.

  • Business literacy & numeracy ability to ensure relevant, timely & accurate reporting.
  • Highly proficient in using software’s including Microsoft Suite, CRM tools, and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Very organised with the ability to effectively prioritise time and work.
  • 5 years of experience in research and data analysis role with a passion to work in the commercial property industry (preferred 5 years)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong organisation and administration skills along with high attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive attitude 
  • Ability to make wise decisions using own initiative based on a combination of good judgement and common sense. 
  • Able to maintain confidentiality, and market sensitive detail in all business & personal contexts.
