The HubSpot Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to ensure seamless operations across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related configurations, integrations, and reporting.

The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a HubSpot Administrator:

The HubSpot Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to ensure seamless operations across marketing, sales, and customer success teams. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot-related configurations, integrations, and reporting.

 

To apply for this role, you are excellent at:

 

· CRM Strategy & Architecture

o Audit current HubSpot setup and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

o Define and implement a CRM strategy aligned with business goals across marketing, sales, and service.

 

· Process Mapping & Workflow Design

o Map out end-to-end processes for lead management, deal stages, customer onboarding, and support.

o Build and optimize workflows, sequences, and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience.

 

· Data Management & Reporting

o Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and proper syncing between HubSpot and other tools.

o Develop dashboards and reports for marketing attribution, sales performance, pipeline health, and customer success metrics.

 

· Cross-Functional Collaboration

o Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to understand pain points and implement solutions.

o Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices and new features.

 

· Continuous Improvement

o Stay updated on HubSpot product updates and industry best practices.

o Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.

· Experience: 2+ years managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.

· Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles.

· Proficiency in HubSpot reporting, workflows, and integrations.

· Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email templates (preferred).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
