We are looking for an ANZ Account Executives with the right energy, competitive spirit, personal drive and track record of success in Sales. This position involves working with mid market business clients (employee count of 11 to 50 non-named) to provide them the right Zoom services that meet their communication needs. Working in a defined geographic territory, you will proactively prospect into targeted companies, as well as follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Initiate, execute and track outbound sales campaigns through cold calling, emailing, and social media
- Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required
- Create, deliver, and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Engage with C-level and VP-level Executives
- Utilize solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close
- Drive sales execution and deliver excellence in forecasting and reporting
- Keep informed of the product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities
- Leverage key partners to drive account mapping, outbound execution, and deal closure
Basic Skill Requirements:
- BA/BS, 4+ years of direct Sales / Account Executive experience in a technology company
- Demonstrated resilience in achieving outcome with a growth mindset
- This position specialises in hunting net new logos and requires outbound excellence
- Thorough and demonstrable knowledge and execution of MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building capability with excellent communication skills
- Expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills
- Proven client satisfaction, proven track record, & strong team player
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
Preferred Skill Requirements:
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred
