The Workspace Solutions Senior Manager at KMC is responsible for driving sales conversion through client requirement probing, solutions creation, leading workplace design workshops, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure.
This role requires expertise in leading the team of Salespeople doing the negotiation, site selection, and creation of proposals and RFP response. As a leader, he/she must be proficient in managing ERP, CRM systems and other sales tools and automation systems being used by the company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong people manager skills and the ability to build a solid team of sales team and be able to achieve their quota.

- The Senior Workplace Solutions Manager of Enterprise will work directly with the VP for Workspace Solutions
- Prepare Powerpoint presentations and sales displays for Enterprise Solutions
- Coordination with Site Visit with Clients for Enterprise Solutions
- Contact/ Coordinate/ Follow up with clients regarding the on-going BTS engagements or even on potential BTS opportunity in the pipeline.
- Attend client meetings with Head of Enterprise Solutions (AVP) for pitches
- Developing quotes and proposals (but Head of Enterprise Solutions/AVP takes on full accountability of the Costing/ P&L)
- Documents all notes from clients meetings regarding requirements, design and build details (during implementation)
- Attend and coordinate internal meetings as well as supplier meetings (design and implementation proper)
- Attending networking events to develop new potential BUILD-TO-SUIT leads.
- Maintain and grow business by interacting with top 1000 Corporations.
- Utilizing LinkedIn to generate and develop client leads and relationships.
- Developing new Accounts by responding promptly and proactively to inquiries through personal network.
- Seeking referrals by expanding relationships with existing clients.

- Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
- Leading project management activity including event planning
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Dealing with all aspects of a targeted outbound sales campaign
- Outbound calls to new potential customers
- Active presence on social networks to develop new client leads and relationships
- Assist in developing and executing strategic recommendations that drive revenue
- End to end sales activities for own Serviced Office leads (BCP, Disaster Recovery and Staff-leasing leads should be handed over to VP for Sales for assignment)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any design and build related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales or business management are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales management, with a strong track record in solutions creation, negotiations, and deal closures. Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in presenting and representing the company.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including RFP preparation and site inspections.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, HubSpot CRM, and other sales management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Knowledge of KYC requirements and payment monitoring practices.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and client satisfaction.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex sales processes.
