A Sales & Customer Service Representative is responsible for fulfilling the daily operations of the Caribe Stays + Concierge; responding to guest concerns; registering guests with communities; payment collection; security deposit collection; fulfilling concierge requests, and coordinating operations. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries by telephone, WhatsApp, or e-mail to address customer concerns. The candidate will join the Caribe Care Team in Santo Domingo and will report directly to the Caribe Care Supervisor. The position will be based in the operations center of Caribe Corp in Santo Domingo.

The main responsibilities of a SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE include:
- Responsible for responding to guest concerns, registering guests with communities, payment collection, security deposit collection and fulfilling concierge requests.
- Offering and selling products/services we offer as CaribeConcierge
- Responsible for resolving customer service issues, including working with the field staff to address guest concerns
- Respond to all internal and external email & WhatsApp messages in a timely manner
- Problem Solve issues as they arise
- Accurate call logging and issue tracking

- Must be able to work well with other Team Members and Managers
- Bachelor's Degree / Undergraduate
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service experience
