The Sales Executive will support the Sales, Business Development, and Revenue teams by coordinating sales activities, managing pre-sales research, assisting in client interactions, and overseeing interim contract and CRM management. Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Pre-Sales Support:
- Conduct client and industry research to provide insights for prospecting and sales outreach.
- Assist in client qualification, ensuring alignment with company services and ideal customer profiles.
- Prepare and organize meeting notes, agendas, and follow-up action items for sales calls.
🔹 Sales Process Coordination:
- Support in proposal development, including preparing decks, drafting sales materials, and ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Coordinate and set up client meetings, ensuring alignment between internal teams and client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Business Development, and Client Services to ensure seamless handovers.
🔹 Post-Sales Administration:
- Manage contract documentation and tracking (interim role, to be transitioned to a dedicated function in the future).
- Support onboarding of new clients by ensuring necessary paperwork and agreements are processed efficiently.
- Assist in CRM data entry, upkeep, and process tracking (interim role, to be transitioned to Sales Operations Specialist).
- The candidate have background in proposals / presentation / Market Research
- Has background in Powerpoint / Canva
- Has background in email and meeting coordinator
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or client-facing role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and clients.\
- Ability to work independently and anticipate team needs proactively.
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting to support sales insights.

- Project Management tools
- Experience in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) is a plus.
