- Training Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements through various methods such as surveys, interviews, and collaboration with management.
- Design and develop training programs and materials, including manuals, online learning modules, and interactive courses.
- Deliver training sessions, facilitate workshops, and provide one-on-one coaching to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions, making necessary adjustments to improve future training strategies.
- Quality Responsibilities:
- Implement continuous process improvements to enhance quality standards across the organization.
- Perform regular audits and ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
