Position Summary:
The Management Associate is an entry-level role designed to provide training and exposure in account management within the Client Services division. This role supports both the Client Services and Community Engagement teams through administrative coordination, client interaction, event support, and reporting tasks. The Management Associate works closely with Cluster Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gain practical experience in client retention, service delivery, and workspace operations. This position serves as a stepping stone toward a full-time account management role, equipping the individual with essential skills in client relationship handling, operational processes, and internal collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract & Documentation Support

    • Assist in the preparation, editing, and routing of client addendums, renewal forms, and other service-related contracts.

    • Coordinate with the Legal team for contract reviews, KYC (Know Your Customer) follow-ups, and notarization requirements.

    • Monitor and track status of documents for proper filing and completion.

  • Internal Coordination

    • Act as the main point of contact for internal coordination with Legal, Billing, Collections, Engineering, and other support teams.

    • Handle day-to-day service requests from clients (e.g., parking renewals, account updates) by coordinating with the appropriate departments.

    • Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Reporting & Compliance

    • Maintain updated trackers for contracts, renewals, KYC submissions, and pending client requests.

    • Prepare and organize internal reports and assist in ensuring compliance with operational and documentation requirements.

  • Admin Process Management

    • Facilitate document routing and scheduling for notarization and approval.

    • Support filing systems and digital record-keeping for all client and internal documentation.

    • Manage basic office administrative needs for the division such as supply requests, shared folders, and meeting arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Experience in administrative work or coordination roles is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
