We are looking for a versatile and business-savvy Designer to join our team full-time. This Specialist/Mid-Level role will support multiple departments and client accounts by delivering high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets that drive business growth and revenue. The Designer will work across several projects and clients, developing both static designs (e.g., brochures, one-pagers, decks) and dynamic content (e.g., animations, short-form videos, motion graphics) that support marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and corporate communications. You’ll thrive in this role if you're adaptable, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Design Execution

  • Create static and digital visual assets including pitch decks, sales sheets, case studies, social media graphics, and web visuals.
  • Design dynamic content such as video reels, motion graphics, and animations for campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while adapting to different client brand styles when needed.

Client & Project Collaboration

  • Work across internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and deliver effective, on-brand design assets that support each project’s business goals.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions, campaign planning, and creative reviews with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Manage multiple design requests across clients and timelines with speed, flexibility, and professionalism. Sales & Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design impactful visuals that enhance presentations, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and more.
  • Use data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve content effectiveness over time.

Tool Proficiency & Innovation

  • Use platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, After Effects, or Premiere Pro to develop both static and animated content.
  • Stay up to date on design trends and digital media best practices to continuously elevate the quality of output. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in visual, digital, or multimedia design roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of static and dynamic creative work, preferably for B2B or multi-client settings.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and motion design software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience interpreting briefs and marketing objectives into high-quality visual content.
  • Ability to manage timelines, multitask across priorities, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • Bonus: Experience in agency environments or working across multiple brands.
