As the new Revenue Assurance Manager, you will in-charge of the company's overall billing process and will be responsible in ensuring that invoices are accurate and are sent on-time. You will be part of the overall transformation of KMC's finance department and will be take lead in innovating and automating the invoicing process

  • Oversee Billing Operations Ensure all invoices are generated and processed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain Revenue Integrity – Monitor billing discrepancies and implement corrective measures to prevent revenue leakage.
  • Audit Billing Processes – Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Optimize Billing Systems – Develop and refine billing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Finance Teams – Work closely with accounting and client services team to align billing with financial goals.
  • Resolve Billing Issues – Address customer disputes and discrepancies to maintain trust and financial accuracy.
  • Ensure Compliance – Adhere to industry standards and legal requirements in all billing activities.
  • Generate Financial Reports – Provide detailed revenue analysis and billing performance insights to senior management.

A Bachelor's degree on Accounting, CPA is an advantage.

Must have 8+ years cumulative experience with Revenue Management/Billing as primary focus, must have 2 years overall experience in leading a team

Proficiency in Excel is a must

Strong understanding of the billing process, PEZA and BOI knowledge will be advantageous

Excellent communication skills to lead and influence within and across other departments

Proven track record in financial reporting at any level
