NURSING DUTIES 

 

  • With critical medical thinking skills and good bedside manner 

  • Provide basic health care administering first aid where needed and evaluating employees’ overall health. 

  • Attend to and follow up all medical-relad concerns. 

  • Administer first aid / nursing intervention to employees. 

  • Assist patient to nearest hospital due to emergency. 

  • Clinic and supplies management. 

  • Monthly medical supplies disbursement, inventory & requisition. 

  • Aid in medical events and activities 

  • Administer first aid / nursing intervention to employees and members. 

  • Medical Certificate validation 

  • Monitor and update all clinic tracker. 

  • Safekeep medical records 

  • Aid in medical events and activities 

  • Ensures the dissemination of health-related bulletin monthly and OSH Newsletter.  

  • Other adhoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.  

 

 

OFFICE HEALTH AND SAFETY 

 

  • Perform and consolidate Accident or Incident Investigations and Prepare Accident/Incident reports (WAIR/EWAIR)  

  • Perform and consolidate safety walk weekly  

  • Lead and encourage his/her team and employees to participate evacuation drills (fire, earthquake) and secure accurate postmortem reports  

  •  Enforce company policies and procedures and Safety and Health Regulations and Standards  

  • Observe work in progress and ensure safety equipment is worn and procedures followed. 

  • Suggest for corrections and follow-up to correct violations  

  • Resolve complaints and suggest to management for corrective action.  

  • Ensure employee safety training, classroom lectures, demos and hands-on instruction.  

  • Review accidents and suggest preventing similar future incidents.  

  •  Execute effective safety, hazard control and industrial hygiene program. (solid waste disposal       monitoring)  

  • Evaluate risks and hazards and suggest for corrective action  

  • Proper and timely coordination with the Local Government Unit with regards to any OSH-related compliance.  

  • Ensures all OSHrelated trackers are accurate and updated  

  • Assign responsibilities and update safety organizational charts as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

 

  • Bachelors in engineering/Nursing/Health Sciences 

  • Active PRC license 

  • At least 1 year work experience as a Clinical Nurse 

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, office 365)

  • Attends ticket requests. 

  • Ensures no ticket SLA breach. 

  • Follows operational processes and procedures. 

  • Enforces house rules and security policy. 

  • Ensures that OSH and DOLE permits are posted and updated. 

  • Consolidate and generate weekly and monthly clinic and OSH reports.
