KMC is looking for a passionate and creative Talent Attraction & Brand Manager to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will be instrumental in shaping our employer brand as an Employer of Record (EOR) company and developing innovative strategies to attract top talent to our growing organization. Employer Brand Strategy & Development:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive employer brand marketing strategy aligned with our company culture, values, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand talent trends and identify our unique employer value proposition (EVP) from a marketing perspective.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (leadership, HR, marketing, employees) to ensure consistent and authentic brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain TA-related employer brand guidelines and marketing toolkits.
Employer Brand Marketing & Content Creation:

- Create engaging and impactful marketing content (e.g., social media campaigns, blog posts, videos, infographics, website content, email marketing) that showcases our culture, values, and employee experiences to attract potential talents.
- Manage and optimize our employer brand presence across various online platforms, including social media, career websites, and professional networking sites.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract specific talent segments.
- Ensure all employer brand communications are consistent with our overall company brand.
Talent Attraction Marketing & Engagement:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support talent acquisition efforts and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create compelling job postings and marketing materials.
- Plan and execute online and offline employer branding events (e.g., career fairs, industry events).
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance candidate engagement through marketing initiatives.
Strategic Partnership Development & Management:

- Identify and build strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, vocational schools, industry associations, and other relevant institutions to expand our talent pool and enhance our employer brand.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at partner organizations.
- Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives such as career fairs, guest lectures, internships, and scholarship programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with institutions to develop a strong pipeline of near-hire talents.
Performance Measurement & Reporting (Marketing & Partnerships):

- Establish key marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, lead generation).
- Track and report on the progress and impact of partnership initiatives on talent acquisition and employer brand awareness.
- Analyze data and provide regular reports on campaign and partnership performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, employer branding, and partnership development.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand management, employer branding, or partnership development.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
- Experience in building and managing external partnerships or collaborations.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling, content creation, and relationship building.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, content management, and marketing tools.
- Experience with website analytics and reporting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
