We are hiring two dedicated Numbers Operations Specialists to join our team based in the Philippines. These roles will primarily focus on projects allocated by the Senior Director of Carrier Relations and Global Connectivity, with a dotted-line relationship to the Numbers Team for training and expertise. Responsibilities include managing daily operations of customer and internal-facing UI tools, executing strategic number porting projects aimed at reducing operational costs, and providing regional support coverage for numbers-related issues outside standard Numbers Team working hours.

  1. UI Tool Management:
    • Operate and maintain customer-facing and internal UI tools related to number management and provisioning.
    • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and user satisfaction through proactive monitoring and routine maintenance.
  1. Strategic Number Porting and Cost Optimization:
    • Execute strategic number porting projects as directed to transition existing business to more cost-effective telecom providers.
    • Manage porting processes end-to-end, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
    • Track and report on cost savings and ROI achieved through porting initiatives.
  1. Regional Numbers Support Coverage:
    • Provide first-line support for numbers-related customer and internal issues during regional working hours not covered by the central Numbers Team.
    • Troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  1. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
    • Engage with the Numbers Team to acquire training, best practices, and technical knowledge.
    • Proactively seek improvements in operational processes and tool efficiencies.
  • Previous experience in operational support roles preferred, ideally within telecom or technology sectors, or similar operational fields.
  • Experience operating customer-facing UI and internal operational tools.
  • Analytical skills with the capability to identify and act upon opportunities for cost-saving.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage project-based responsibilities independently.
  • Flexibility to provide coverage during regional working hours.
  • Basic project management knowledge.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry practices and operational procedures.
