As an analyst on the Revenue Accounting team, you will be a critical part of the team’s process to review, analyze, and reject/approve customer concession requests; and miscellaneous ad hoc projects as they
arise. As a member of the broader Accounting team, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter who can work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. This role will report to the Senior Revenue Accountant.

- Review customer concession requests and determine approach to approve or reject based on company policies and revenue recognition rules
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures as needed based on changes to Figma policies
- Ad-hoc projects as they arise
- 2+ years of experience in working with Customer Support teams and reviewing customer queries
- Experience working with a payment processor (e.g. Stripe, Square, Paypal, etc.)
- Experience working for a fast-paced SaaS business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
- Ability to work in US Eastern timezone (New York)
- Public company experience and SOX controls
