We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CPQ Data Analyst. The CPQ Data Analyst is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of contract and subscription data within our Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and validating CPQ data to identify discrepancies, implement necessary corrections, and contribute to process improvements that enhance data quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of CPQ processes and subscription-based business models. This role directly impacts the accuracy of our renewal quotes, Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) calculations, and overall revenue reporting.

- Data Review and Validation: Regularly review and audit CPQ contract and subscription data to identify inconsistencies, errors, and omissions.
- Data Cleansing and Correction: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, performing necessary updates and corrections within the CPQ system.
- Renewal Quote Accuracy: Analyze contract and subscription data to ensure renewal quotes are generated accurately based on agreed-upon terms, pricing, and product configurations.
- ARR Accuracy Maintenance: Monitor and analyze data to ensure the accuracy of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the system, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reports to track data quality metrics, identify trends in data inaccuracies, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the CPQ system and related workflows to prevent data errors and enhance efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, resolve data issues, and ensure data alignment across systems.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of data review processes, correction procedures, and identified data anomalies.
- User Support: Provide support to CPQ users on data-related inquiries and issues.
- System Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the CPQ system's data structure, rules, and workflows.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data analysis as needed to support revenue-related initiatives and reporting requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably with a focus on CRM or CPQ systems.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Understanding of subscription-based business models and key revenue metrics such as ARR.
- Ability to interpret contract terms and pricing structures accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of sales processes and the sales lifecycle.
- Experience in developing and documenting data quality processes and procedures.
