As a Learning and Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the seamless execution of various events, training, and programs within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks including logistics coordination, event management, partner/vendor coordination, technical training support, distribution of surveys and deliverables, reporting, administrative support, and team coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of various initiatives while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.

- Maintains records of training and event activities, attendance, program evaluation, feedback and produces reports as needed
- Oversee, coordinate and administer event logistics, calendar invites, registration and enrollment for learning and people experience programs
- Support administrative, maintenance, and governance needs for the Learning Management System and people experience programs
- Manage, configure, and maintain all learning curriculum sessions and events, reporting, LMS asset maintenance, and compliance for Learning & Development programs.
- Support in managing and sending event communication and engagement with internal communication channels
- Occasionally partners with external vendors and partners to facilitate internal events or trainings for all employees
- Monitor adherence to employee swag process and policy to ensure compliance
- Supports team with project management, data collection and administrative support.
- Event/Training Logistics: Coordinate logistics for events and training sessions including venue booking, equipment setup, catering arrangements, and participant communication.
- Calendar Management: Create and manage calendar holds for events, trainings, and meetings.
- Event Management: Utilize the learning management system to create and manage events, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Partner/Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external partners and vendors to facilitate smooth execution of programs and events.
- Technical Training Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating technical training sessions for the RD (Research and Development) team.
- Survey/Deliverable Distribution: Co-facilitate and provide administrative support for survey distribution and delivery of program deliverables.
- Reporting: Generate reports on event attendance, training completion, and other relevant metrics as required.
- Team Administration: Provide administrative support to the team including meeting agenda preparation, note-taking, and updating of team documents.
- Roadmap Updates: Assist in updating program roadmaps during meetings to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Organization Management: Maintain organization within the program by managing files, documents, and resources effectively.
- Learning and Development Wiki Updates as needed to keep information current.
- Program Support: Provide general support to the program team as required, contributing to the overall success of initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development processes.
- Extremely proficient with Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and related program software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
- At least two years of administrative experience required.
- Professional training certification preferred.
- Prior Learning Management Software experience preferred.
- Experience in a hyper-growth, global organization preferred.
- Prior SaaS organizational experience preferred.
