The Employment Contract Management Senior Specialist at KMC is responsible for inspecting and reviewing all employment contracts for all of our Talent As A Service (TAAS) employees. The ECMS ensures clarity of language in the employment contract, including but not limited to clauses, benefits and annexes as well as compliance with the labor code standards.

· Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure all job offers and employment contracts are reviewed and approved by the necessary parties prior to execution.
· Facilitates drafting and processing of job offers and employment contract amendments, addendums or contract extensions of TAAS employees when needed, ensuring proper documentation and timelines.
· Monitor job offer and employment contract status and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution, following up as needed to meet the established turnaround time.
· Maintain job offer and employment contract templates accurate when manual drafting and execution are necessary, in cases where the templates are not readily available in the system.
· Ensure that all employment contracts and related documents that have been manually drafted, routed, or executed are properly forwarded to the relevant stakeholders for access and securely stored for future reference.
· Take responsibility for ensuring that the compensation and benefits, or any work arrangement outlined in Annex A of the employment contract or job offer are correctly aligned and accurate before finalizing or releasing the document for signatures.
· Address inquiries related to entitlements, coverage and remuneration of the benefits indicated in the Job Offer or Annex A of the employment contracts.
· Act as the primary point of contact for managing Job Offer and Employment Contract statuses.
· Maintain an accurate reporting system to track the status of contracts, amendments, and compliance metrics, ensuring that management is kept informed with timely updates.
· Attend meetings with relevant stakeholders as instructed by the immediate head or supervisor, provide relevant updates as needed, taking notes and gathering necessary information.
· Provide guidance on navigating the existing platform to relevant stakeholders, ensuring the system's efficiency and effectiveness.
· Monitor emails and other communication platforms regularly to ensure timely responses to inquiries and concerns, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved promptly and effectively.
· Ensure employment contracts are executed as part of the employee’s onboarding process, including collecting necessary documentation and managing deadlines.
· Stay informed on industry trends, relevant laws and regulations affecting employment contracts and benefits, and provide recommendations for improvements.
· Support special projects and assist with other duties as assigned by the Immediate Head or Supervisor.
· At least 3 years related experience with benefits administration. Exposure to total rewards administration with flexible benefits is highly preferred or its equivalent capacity as HR generalist.
· At least to 3 years related experience in recruitment.
· With exposure to contract management or its equivalent capacity.
· With background and foundation with the standards of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
· Strong command and highly proficient with the English language
