This individual will manage critical administrative functions, including ERP audits, HubSpot administration, and the development of various client services reports and dashboards. They will act as the primary point of contact for HubSpot support, helping to ensure the smooth operation of the platform. ERP Audit & Maintenance: Conduct regular audits and maintenance of the ERP system, including the review of client details, CSM assignments, and contract management. Ensure data accuracy and identify areas for process improvement.

Deck Creation & Presentations: Design and prepare professional decks for Kick-Off meetings, Progress Reports, and Business Reviews, ensuring all client-facing documentation is clear, accurate, and visually engaging.

HubSpot Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, overseeing the maintenance of the CRM tool. This includes managing user access permissions, updating records, ensuring email integration, and troubleshooting technical issues.

HubSpot Support & Guidance: Act as the main point of contact for all HubSpot-related inquiries, providing support, answering questions, and offering guidance and training to internal teams on best practices for utilizing HubSpot efficiently.

Client Services Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and deliver various client services reports and dashboards. Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful distribution to stakeholders, helping drive business decisions.

Collaboration with HRIS Team: Partner with the HRIS team to optimize data workflows, streamline processes, and ensure smooth integration of reporting systems across teams.

Data Analysis & Accuracy: Analyze client data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business objectives. Proactively monitor and resolve discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Experience with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
