As a Rate Validation & Benefits Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering the seamless luxury experience Lartisien is known for. You’ll ensure our exclusive benefits and contracted hotel rates are accurate, competitive, and visible to guests worldwide. By safeguarding rate integrity, resolving discrepancies, and enhancing processes, you’ll directly contribute to strengthening Lartisien’s brand promise and guest satisfaction.

Rate Validation & Parity

• Validate and integrate contracted rates (BAR, Advance Purchase, Lartisien preferred rates, Consortia Programs) received from GDS and hotel partners.
• Conduct ongoing parity checks across distribution channels to ensure competitiveness and protect Lartisien’s brand positioning.
• Identify anomalies or discrepancies and collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve them quickly.
• Propose improvements to streamline validation processes and enhance automation in rate control

Benefits & Portfolio Accuracy

• Guarantee that Lartisien benefits (complimentary breakfast, upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, welcome amenities) are correctly attributed and consistently visible online.

• Experience in hospitality, revenue management, or hotel distribution (GDS/OTA).

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in booking platforms, GDS, and Excel; automation knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
