The HRIS Workday Specialist for People Digital Solutions is both a strategic and hands-on role where you will be a team player responsible for partnering with TDI (Technology, Data, & Intelligence) on our roadmap and ensuring we have the right systems and processes in place to deliver an exceptional end-user experience. You will also work across departments and geographies, interacting with our partners in Payroll, TDI, Finance, Security, and across the People & Places team.

  • Build and enhance Workday reporting and data audit solutions, ensuring data accuracy and an exceptional end-user experience.
  • Lead small projects, managing the deployment of new Workday functionality, processes, and integrations.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams (Payroll, Finance, Security, People & Places, TDI) to ensure seamless system and process implementation.
  • Act as a key liaison between HR and TDI teams, escalating issues and fostering best practices.
  • Support data integrity in Workday through in-depth understanding of Workday processes and collaboration with People Operations Shared Services.
  • Strong expertise in Workday report writing, EIBs, and calculated fields.
  • 4+ years of experience configuring/maintaining Workday HCM modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Talent Management, Security Administration, Business Process Administration).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work independently in a challenging environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
