The primary function of this role is to lead and execute process optimization projects from identification to delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements and leveraging automation technologies. This position is critical in enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer experiences across various lines of business (LOBs).

• Identify and analyze business processes needing improvement, focusing on critical LOBs such as Customer Experience.
• Engage with stakeholders to identify pain points and gather requirements for process enhancement.
• Design and implement process solutions using appropriate automation technologies and tools like Lucid Chart, Visio, or comparable technologies for process mapping.
• Manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet set objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure success and alignment with business goals.
• Present findings and progress to stakeholders, gaining buy-in for changes and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in process optimization and re-engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of automation technologies and how they can be applied to improve business processes.
• Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Lucid Chart, Visio, or similar.
• Experience in managing and delivering projects on time and within specifications.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.

• LSS Certification is preferred but negotiable; significant experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies is essential.
• Familiarity with homegrown technologies and major platforms like Microsoft Power Automate/PowerSuite and Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in performance monitoring and making data-driven decisions.
