The Senior Financial Analyst I is responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to support business decisions. He/She prepares financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, and communicates financial information to management. He/She also evaluates financial performance and identifies areas for improvement. As an officer, he/she supervises and serves as mentor to junior analysts, collaborates with cross-functional teams.

- Manages the daily micro-operations and activities of the team
- Provides guidance and mentorship to junior financial analysts
- Performs financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes
- Analyzes financial data and creates financial models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis
- Prepares financial reports regarding company trends, profitability, and margin structures across our brands and channels
- Develops and maintains financial performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business operations
- Ensures compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects
- Supports the department heads in preparing the annual budget. Provides budget and operational assumptions, as well as templates for consolidation
- Prepares and sends monthly management report to department heads
- Prepares financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Provides support for all investor relations activities
- Communicates with various finance heads and addresses any inconsistencies between statutory reports and management accounts
- Co-spearheads the financial modeling and due diligence efforts related to the company's M&A activities
- Participate in creating pricing model for potential clients
- Performs other functions as may be assigned by his/her superiors

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

Must have at least 3 years experience in financial planning and analysis or a related role with 1 year in people management
- People Management Skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning
