We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk Engineer. This individual will be part of a team implementing and supporting the tools and technology that drive a fast-paced environment.
The IT Help Desk Engineer will be responsible for L1 support of all user tickets, inventory management, hardware procurement, and deployment of IT equipment across the organization.

- Manage asset inventory
- Hardware procurement based on hiring forecast.
- Remote support of user base.
- Provide support for corporate events such as All-Hands and conventions.
- Run and maintain the IT Bar and provide technical support for walk-ups.
- Create, maintain, and manage accounts for all employees and contractors.
- Responsible for all IT related onboarding and offboarding procedures including account creation, laptop setup, and user provisioning.
- Maintain conference rooms and collaboration tools used in the company.
- Administer MDM solution.
- Integrate new software with SSO provider.
- Work with InfoSec on implementing security initiatives across the company.
- Manage printers and print servers.
- Work with hardware vendors for warranty repairs/replacements.
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS or related field.
- 5+ years supporting users in face-face environment.
- Technical certifications a plus.
- 4+ years supporting O365 environments.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Customer first oriented approach to service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven experiences with Corporate IT systems in a SaaS and Cloud focused environment.
- Experience working in security focused environments is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Audio video system management experience.
- Experience supporting collaboration platforms such as Zoom.
- Knowledge of Okta administration.
- Management of Microsoft Intune, JAMF, BitLocker, Druva.
Additional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.
