The Project Manager will drive operational excellence by analyzing performance data, optimizing workflows, and leading process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to build reporting frameworks, ensure compliance, and deliver data-driven insights that support efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Analyze operational data from Filevine, LeadDocket, and productivity systems to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for leadership visibility.
- Document workflows and SOPs, and lead process improvement initiatives across departments.
- Train teams and facilitate calibration meetings to ensure consistent process adoption.
- Develop compliance audit parameters, conduct audits, and implement corrective action plans.
- Lead quarterly process improvement projects from scoping to evaluation.
- Coordinate tasks, communication, and timelines across cross-functional teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports using clear data visualization and storytelling.
- Partner with other departments to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Audit bonus calculations, monitor KPIs, and address discrepancies with leadership.
- 5–7+ years of experience in legal operations, process improvement, or related roles
- Demonstrated success in data analysis, reporting, and project management
- Strong portfolio of impactful process improvement projects
- SQL knowledge or advanced expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Background working in the GY shift
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred
- Strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and performance metrics (preferred)
- Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Filevine, LeadDocket, or similar legal CRMs
