The Project Manager will drive operational excellence by analyzing performance data, optimizing workflows, and leading process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to build reporting frameworks, ensure compliance, and deliver data-driven insights that support efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Analyze operational data from Filevine, LeadDocket, and productivity systems to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for leadership visibility.
  • Document workflows and SOPs, and lead process improvement initiatives across departments.
  • Train teams and facilitate calibration meetings to ensure consistent process adoption.
  • Develop compliance audit parameters, conduct audits, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Lead quarterly process improvement projects from scoping to evaluation.
  • Coordinate tasks, communication, and timelines across cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports using clear data visualization and storytelling.
  • Partner with other departments to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Audit bonus calculations, monitor KPIs, and address discrepancies with leadership. 
  • 5–7+ years of experience in legal operations, process improvement, or related roles
  • Demonstrated success in data analysis, reporting, and project management
  • Strong portfolio of impactful process improvement projects
  • SQL knowledge or advanced expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Background working in the GY shift 
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred
  • Strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and performance metrics (preferred)
  • Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Filevine, LeadDocket, or similar legal CRMs
