The Compliance Specialist works closely with the Compliance, Legal, and cross‑functional teams to ensure the Company’s full adherence to all applicable governmental regulations, permits, and standards. The role is responsible for end‑to‑end monitoring of regulatory permitting, renewals and reassessments, special permits, insurance administration, and compliance reporting, with the objective of mitigating risk and avoiding regulatory exposure.

    • Process the regulatory permits (LGU, BIR, DOLE & DENR), ensuring timely application, renewal, monitoring, and closure in accordance with statutory requirements.
    • Process and monitor of regulatory reassessments for all operational sites, proactively identifying risks, delays, and compliance gaps.
    • Process and monitor of all special permits, including coordination with regulatory authorities, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
    • Ensure full compliance with all building- and site-related regulatory requirements across operations.
    • Process and  monitor of PEZA permit new and renewal applications.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly special permit reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution to stakeholders.
    • Oversee the responsibility of preparing and or/ monitoring all documentation required for the import/export compliance
    • Manage and process new and renewal insurance applications for all‑risk properties and vehicles, ensuring completeness and adherence to coverage requirements and deadlines.
    • Process and manage insurance claims for all-risk properties and vehicles, ensuring proper documentation, effective coordination, and timely resolution.

Minimum Competencies:

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Windows‑based applications.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners, associates, and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive team‑oriented attitude, and solid work ethic.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, Management, Political Science, or any related business or management course.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a BPO, shared services, or similar corporate environment.
  • With relevant background or exposure in compliance, regulatory monitoring, or risk management.
