We’re looking for a Web Content Creator and Designer to join Zoom’s Digital Support team. This individual will help us anticipate the customers’ needs, create engaging and robust multimedia content to pair with our knowledge base, our chat and voice bots, and across the digital support customer experience for a SaaS platform delivering video, voice, and chat communication solutions. This role blends content strategy, scripting, visual storytelling, and AI-driven video production to support customer education, product adoption, and digital self-service. You must have the ability to see through the eyes of the customer to strategize new ways to learn about the Zoom platform and help our customers find answers to all of their questions. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-assisted tools for efficiency while maintaining strong editorial, quality, and brand standards while delivering top-quality content for our customers.

- Script, design, and produce AI-generated video content using tools like Synthesia for web, product education, onboarding, and support use cases
- Create and maintain technical web content including product explainers, feature walkthroughs, FAQs, and instructional media
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, technical writers, and UX teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with product releases
- Find opportunities for self-service improvement and define priorities for multimedia content based on support tickets, customer survey data, and other analytics
- Assist with all aspects of multimedia preparation, production, and post-production, including video, audio and screen recording and editing
- Prepare and publish video files to YouTube and the Zoom Support website
- Ensure content adheres to brand, voice, and visual standards across all digital touchpoints
- Use analytics and performance data to continuously improve content effectiveness
- Support localization and global audiences, ensuring content is culturally appropriate and scalable
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- 3–5 years of experience in web content design, digital media, or technical content creation
- Hands-on experience with AI-based video production tools such as Synthesia, DeepBrain, or similar platforms
- Organized, resourceful problem-solver, reliable team player, a nimble learner, and demonstrated high attention to detail and follow-through to project completion
- Strong scripting and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience supporting customer support or self-service content
- Experience creating content for SaaS, B2B software, or technology platforms
- Comfortable recording sharing their video and voice publicly
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
