This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver high-quality IT projects for UK customers while helping to shape Bedroq’s growing project delivery capability in Manila. 

As a Project Manager, you will take full end-to-end ownership of small and medium technical projects — making sure they are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellent communication throughout. You’ll work directly with UK customers and Bedroq engineers to coordinate tasks, manage risks, and keep every project progressing smoothly. 

This is a coordination-led role with strong technical understanding. You won’t perform hands-on engineering work, but you must be confident discussing technical concepts, understanding dependencies, and translating engineer updates into clear, professional customer communication. 

You’ll collaborate daily with UK Project Managers and stakeholders, and work closely with Manila-based project engineers and the Service Desk — contributing to a delivery hub that continues to expand in the Philippines. 

This role is office-based in our modern Ortigas location, following mainly UK business hours 

  • Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) - up to £2000 refreshed every 3 years for your laptop

  • Deliver small and medium technical IT projects end-to-end, ensuring clear scope, strong planning, and timely completion.
  • Coordinate tasks across Manila and UK engineering teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders. 
  • Maintain accurate project plans, schedules, documentation, RAID logs, and customer updates. 
  • Communicate confidently with UK customers about progress, dependencies, risks, and next steps. 
  • Understand key technical concepts across Microsoft 365, cloud services, onboarding processes, and cybersecurity tooling. 
  • Manage risks and issues proactively, escalating only when needed. 
  • Coordinate with finance to track milestones, manage scope changes, and support accurate billing. 
  • Contribute to consistent, high-quality project delivery and customer experience across Bedroq. 
  • Support the growth of Bedroq’s Manila delivery capability by working closely with local engineers and the Service Desk. 

Essential 

  • Strong experience delivering IT or technology-focused projects end-to-end. 

  • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365, cloud environments, onboarding processes, cybersecurity tools, and common infrastructure components. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Confident working directly with UK colleagues and customers. 

  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong ownership and organisation. 

  • High attention to detail and excellent time management. 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English. 

  • Comfortable using common project tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, project management systems). 

Desirable 

  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), IT services, or consulting environment. 

  • Familiarity with ConnectWise, Moovila, or other IT project management platforms.
