• Assist in the maintenance and operation of OSS tools and applications.
• Support the integration and testing of new software and hardware components within the OSS framework.
• Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operations.
• Collaborate with various teams to support network operations and service fulfillment.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving and evolving network management systems and processes.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic understanding of network architectures and principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and basic query writing.
• Interest in telecommunications and network operations.
• Previous internship or related project experience in IT or network operations is a plus.
