The Multimedia Design & Graphics Lead oversees end-to-end multimedia, branding, and creative production across MedImpact Philippines (MIP), MedImpact International (MII), and ImpactOps. This includes employer branding, internal communications, high-impact corporate assets, motion graphics, presentations, digital + print collaterals, website mockups, and design support for client-facing brands.

This role follows a leadership-readiness model:
The Lead functions as the senior individual contributor for now, and will step into leadership responsibilities once the creative team expands (as currently there’s no team members yet).

Creative support for external partners and client-facing brands will depend on their internal design capability. The Lead must be ready to take over or support client-facing creative delivery when external structures or strategy require it.

Staff Augmentation creative work will only be assigned if internal marketing enters low-season productivity and requires workload balancing.

1. Corporate & Client-Facing Brand Design

  • Lead creative development for employer branding, internal comms, marketing campaigns, and client-facing materials.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain brand systems, templates, iconography, and enterprise-level visual standards.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across internal teams, external agencies, and staff augmentation outputs.
  • Translate requirements from HR/TA, Recruitment, Ops, Sales, and Marketing into polished creative assets.

2. Multimedia & Motion Graphics

  • Produce motion graphics, animated explainers, and video edits for corporate, employer branding, and client-facing needs.
  • Apply strong layouting, transitions, graphic overlays, and visual storytelling.
  • Execute production-level editing and enhancements (no filming required).

3. Corporate Presentations & Marketing Collaterals

  • Create high-impact corporate decks for leadership and Marketing.
  • Produce print + digital collaterals: posters, banners, backdrops, infographics, campaign visuals, event branding, and digital displays.
  • Support proposal decks and leadership presentations that require enterprise-level polish.

4. Website & Digital Visual Support

  • Use Figma for UI/UX layouting and digital prototyping.
  • Continue and enhance ongoing website mockups and prototypes.
  • Provide digital visuals for landing pages, microsites, and web marketing initiatives.

5. Creative Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary creative lead for internal marketing, external agency coordination, and, only when needed: Staff Aug client-facing branding work (assigned only when internal campaigns are in low season either of the MII/MIP/Impact Ops and no members to manage in the creative team).
  • Provide creative direction, visual alignment, and quality oversight across internal teams, external agencies, and client-facing engagements.
  • External partner support (e.g., Qinary or others) will depend on the agency’s capacity.
    • The Lead must be prepared to take over creative delivery if the external structure or strategy requires it.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, HR/TA, Recruitment, Operations/Client Services, Sales, and Leadership across multi-region creative requirements.
  • Start as a senior IC (individual contributor) and transition into Creative Lead once the team expands.
  • Support strategic creative planning across employer branding, client-facing brands, and stakeholder groups.

6. Asset Management & Ad Hoc Creative Support

  • Maintain structured digital asset libraries across ClickUp, SharePoint, and Google Drive.
  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and workflow clarity.
  • Support the AMM with ad hoc creative tasks to ensure agility and continuous output across marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in multimedia design, corporate branding, and enterprise-level creative work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • Brand systems / identity
    • Motion graphics
    • Corporate decks
    • Website mockups (Figma)
    • Enterprise design execution
  • Advanced proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID, AE, PR).
  • Working knowledge of Figma layouting and prototyping.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting employer branding, HR/TA, or recruitment marketing is a plus.
