As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead and execute QA strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality and reliable software products. You’ll oversee test planning, automation, and execution across projects while collaborating closely with engineering teams to strengthen testing processes and improve product quality.

  • Lead and do QA for the whole platform daily, mentor engineers, and are responsible for manual and automated testing and standards.
  • Manually QA the platform on a daily basis and defining what can be moved from manual to automation.
  • Define Vultron’s QA roadmap—balancing automation, scalability, and test coverage across multiple product surfaces, helping track initatives.
  • Partner with Engineering and DevOps to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous delivery at speed.
  • Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks for web, API, and data workflows.
  • Establish clear quality metrics and feedback loops to drive measurable improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every feature is tested for functionality, performance, and security.
  • Champion quality from day one in every development cycle—baking it into design, architecture, and deployment.
  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success leading QA strategy for complex or data-intensive B2B software products.
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and test lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, and JMeter.
  • Strong familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Technical fluency—you can discuss architecture, APIs, and integration testing with engineers.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across time zones.
  • Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and observability tools.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance testing in enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience in public-sector technology or mission-critical platforms.
