  • Process orders and analyse Profit and Loss for these Orders and give recommendations to the Purchase Team Leader.
  • Assist the Purchase Team Leader in doing Order Summaries and tracking Cancel Dates for Orders.
  • Assist the Purchase Team Leader in Locking in Orders with Accounts.
  • Assist in the Team Leader in Tracking Bestsellers.
  • Assisting the Team Leader in doing Focused Offers of Bestsellers.
  • Assist in updating and closing leads on Monday.com and CRM.
  • 1–2 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support roles.
  • Support of TLs in Dubai (purchasing requirements - directly with external suppliers and sourcing agents)
  • P&L Analysis/ can be passed on to the team
  • In charge with calculations - good mathematical skills

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms
  • Basic understanding of profit and loss analysis. 
  • Preferably from purchasing industry
  • Preferably with Monday.com experience
  • Experience with ERP or Procurement Systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
  • Pivot tables, VLOOKUP
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
  • Understanding of inventory management and vendor relations.
