- Process orders and analyse Profit and Loss for these Orders and give recommendations to the Purchase Team Leader.
- Assist the Purchase Team Leader in doing Order Summaries and tracking Cancel Dates for Orders.
- Assist the Purchase Team Leader in Locking in Orders with Accounts.
- Assist in the Team Leader in Tracking Bestsellers.
- Assisting the Team Leader in doing Focused Offers of Bestsellers.
- Assist in updating and closing leads on Monday.com and CRM.
- 1–2 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support roles.
- Support of TLs in Dubai (purchasing requirements - directly with external suppliers and sourcing agents)
- P&L Analysis/ can be passed on to the team
- In charge with calculations - good mathematical skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms
- Basic understanding of profit and loss analysis.
- Preferably from purchasing industry
- Preferably with Monday.com experience
- Experience with ERP or Procurement Systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Pivot tables, VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes
- Understanding of inventory management and vendor relations.
