  • Analyze wholesale, ecommerce, and financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, facilitating strategic decision-making.
  • Perform advanced quantitative analyses including forecasting, cohort analysis, and performance modeling to support various business functions.
  • Evaluate product, category, and channel performance to aid in refining sales, merchandising, and ecommerce strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance automated reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and BI tools, ensuring data accessibility and visualization.
  • Build robust data models and define metrics to improve the accuracy and consistency of business reporting.
  • Produce both ad hoc analyses and recurring reports to keep leadership and cross-functional teams informed on key metrics and findings.
  • Manage data cleaning, validation, and transformation processes to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
  • Ensure all data reporting sources uphold a standard of accuracy and consistency, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or inefficiencies.
  • Work closely with various departments to translate business needs into practical data-driven solutions, supporting financial planning and performance tracking.
  • Communicate complex analytical results clearly, making them understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and statistical modeling with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Experience in managing large datasets and performing complex quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to develop clear and effective reports and data visualizations tailored to the needs of diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and precision in handling and interpreting data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data and insights in a clear, concise manner.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail analytics would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in business analytics.
