As a Supplier Analyst, you’ll be part of our Global Procurement team and report into the Head of Global Procurement and support them on their stratgeic initatives to reduce cash burn, optimize cash flow, reduce risks and overall support the team on their strategy to become world class!

• Send out Quarterly Business Review (QBR) requests to our Suppliers
• Maintain log of Completed/Pending QBR with Notes
• Email supplier for renewal process kick off
• Aide in sending out scorecards to internal stakeholders and circulating to Suppliers
• Assist in pulling Reports on Supplier Spend/Use Cases
• Maintaining Supplier Sheet
• Supporting and Troubleshooting stakeholders Coupa Supplier Onboarding Request
• Maintain New Supplier Tracker
• Maintain our Supplier Mailbox
• Collect Supplier Diversity Certifications
• Work on various projects directed by Head of Global Procurement and Procurement Manager
• Support the Procurement team on Renewals
• Assist with day-to-day procurement activities
