The People team at Talkdesk is seeking detail-oriented and reliable contractors to support a short-term project involving document uploads into Workday. This role is critical to ensuring that our employee performance records are properly maintained and accessible in our HR system.

If you are organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and have strong attention to detail, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a global project while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise HR technology.

This is a 2–3 month contract role, with flexibility to work night shifts and onsite at our office in Makati.

• Support the People team by uploading performance review PDF files into Workday.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency while following established processes.
• Ensure all files are uploaded to the correct employee profile in a timely manner.
• Perform quality checks to confirm successful uploads and flag discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project driver to track daily progress and report issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all times.
• Review assigned employee performance files for completeness before upload.
• Upload and categorize documents into Workday using defined naming conventions.
• Log completed work in a master tracking sheet for transparency and auditing.
• Conduct random checks of uploaded documents to verify accuracy.
• Escalate errors, missing files, or system issues to the project lead immediately.

• Prior experience in data entry, HR, or administrative support preferred (but not required).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday experience a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and onsite.
