INT-6CE4169 | ASSET MANAGEMENT INTERN

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our IT Asset Management (ITAM) operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise-level IT infrastructure and asset lifecycle processes.

• Practical understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
• Enhanced knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and data accuracy principles.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience within corporate IT functions.

• Track and maintain accurate records of IT assets including computing equipment and related peripherals.
• Conduct physical audits and update asset inventory data accordingly.
• Support asset allocation, returns, and decommissioning procedures.
• Assist in ensuring data accuracy and completeness in ITAM databases.
• Prepare reports related to asset usage, trends, and compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams including IT support, procurement, and finance.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware components.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world IT operations.
