Purpose of Role
- Provide operational accounting support due to current bandwidth constraints.
- Assist as finance leadership transitions and accounting workload increases.

- Accounts Payable and expense processing via Ramp
- Vendor onboarding and AP inbox management
- Coding invoices, reimbursements, and credit card transactions
- Bank transaction support
- First-level review before transactions are posted to ERP (Everest)
- 2+ years accounting experience
- Working knowledge of chart of accounts, prepaids, and fixed assets
- Experience with any AP or expense platform (Ramp experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong attention to detail (critical)
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- Ability to learn through shadowing (limited documentation currently exists)
