The Multimedia Strategist will focus on producing high-quality video content that brings our brand stories and campaigns to life. This role involves end-to-end video production—from concept development and filming to editing and post-production—alongside photography and design support. The ideal candidate is a creative visual storyteller who combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and attention to detail to deliver multimedia materials that strengthen our marketing and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, production, and editing of multimedia content, with a primary focus on video production.
  • Capture and produce both short-form content (social media clips, reels, teasers) and long-form productions (corporate videos, event highlights, interviews, documentaries).
  • Plan, direct, and execute video and photo shoots, ensuring brand consistency and professional quality.
  • Manage all stages of the video production process, including storyboarding, script coordination, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Edit and retouch photos to ensure consistent visual identity across all materials.
  • Design supporting graphics and marketing materials for digital and print platforms (social media, posters, presentations, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creatives teams to align multimedia outputs with campaign goals.
  • Stay up to date on the latest multimedia trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate content quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a multimedia designer or videographer with a strong portfolio emphasizing video production.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
  • Skilled in photography and image editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, composition, cinematography, and editing across multiple formats and platforms.
  • Experience in creating marketing collaterals and social media assets.
  • Highly creative with excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Experience with live streaming and virtual event production.
  • Background in both short-form and long-form video projects.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation.
  • Experience producing content for corporate, lifestyle, and campaign-based platforms.
