- Enable Zoom partners to sell the Zoom platform to both new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across partner organizations.
- Lead product demonstrations and customer presentations, both in-person and virtual.
- Develop and implement standardized partner sales methodologies to reduce friction, build trust, and drive partner success.
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer and partner experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a channel or partner-focused sales role.
- Strong background in reseller and distribution models.
- Experience in SaaS, UCaaS, and/or CCaaS partner ecosystems, including partner program management and partner development.
- Proven track record within the distribution or reseller industry.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align multiple stakeholders.
