  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across partner organizations.
  • Lead product demonstrations and customer presentations, both in-person and virtual.
  • Develop and implement standardized partner sales methodologies to reduce friction, build trust, and drive partner success.
  • Consistently deliver a high level of customer and partner experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a channel or partner-focused sales role.
  • Strong background in reseller and distribution models.
  • Experience in SaaS, UCaaS, and/or CCaaS partner ecosystems, including partner program management and partner development.
  • Proven track record within the distribution or reseller industry.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and align multiple stakeholders.
